Tonight was one of those nights. It was still cold outside and we wanted something fast and "comfort foody". It was going to be spaghetti but then I remembered I had a bag of Costco Ravioli in the freezer.
1 bag spinach and cheese ravioli cooked al dente
1 bottle Ragu
Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella
layer ravioli on bottom of pan (spray a little Pam on the bottom first or put down aluminium foil)
spread spaghetti sauce over the top
sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top of the spaghetti sauce
repeat
cover with the mozzarella
bake in the oven until cheese is melted.
