Ingredients
1 1/2 - 2 lb. hamburger
1 can tomato soup
1 box Idaho Spuds - instant potatoes
1 can green beans
Velveeta cheese
Directions
- Brown hamburger - drain the fat
- Make the box of instant potatoes
- Mix hamburger, soup and beans on the bottom of a baking pan
- Layer the instant potatoes on top of meat mixture
- Cut thin squares of Velveeta and cover the potato mixture fully
- Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven until the cheese has melted.
