Cheesecake

Ingredients

Crust
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups graham cracker crumbs


Cake
2 lbs. cream cheese
4 eggs
1 1/8 cups sugar
1 splash vanilla

Topping
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Mix crust ingredients, spread into a 9" spring form pan
  2. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes
  3. Mix cake ingredients, pour carefully over crust
  4. Bake at 335 degrees for 1 hour 10 minutes
  5. Remove from oven and cool at room temperature for 20 minutes
  6. Mix topping ingredients and spread over baked cake
  7. Place in refrigerator for a minimum 4 hours, best if in cooler for 6 - 8 hours
hint: dip knife in hot water before cutting each slice of cake.
