One of our favorite appetizers is Buffalo Wings. Adam likes to enjoy his with ranch dressing, I like mine with Blue Cheese.
Bake a bag of "Chicken Wing Drummettes" in the oven until at temperature (160)
While baking, mix 2 sticks of butter and a bottle of Franks hot sauce on the stove.
When the wings are finished baking, coat them in the hot sauce.
Serve!
