Carrabba's Bread Dipping Spice
1 tablespoon basil
1 tablespoon parsley
1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoon Olive oil
- Combine all the ingredients (except oil) in a small food processor or coffee grinder. Chop briefly until relatively the same size.
- Remove and place in a container for holding the spice. Stir in Olive oil.
- To serve, place about 2 teaspoons spice blend onto a small dish - cover with fresh olive oil. Serve with hot, fresh baguette slices.
