So I have decided to start a whole new blog about eating, cooking, recipes, etc.
Our family blog is about the day to day happenings in the lives of the fam. But what about the food? My life is about food. What to eat, when to eat, what is going to make me sick - what is not.
So goes the life of someone who is lactose intolerant, has a child that is lactose intolerant and is probably gluten intolerant on top of everything else.
So the search begins - not only to have my recipes in one spot - but to have a log for my beautiful daughter to have her recipes too...How fun is it to have an aspiring chef in the house?
I am hoping Mom, Les, Lynne and Jenni will also become contributors to this site and we can have an online resource for all of us for favorite recipes and sharing of recipes.
How fun does this sound???? I am so excited!
